Products sold by 503 Lighting may be considered traffic hazards under certain state laws and regulations, including those of the State of California, when used on public roads or highways.

Products sold by 503 Lighting may not meet regulatory requirements for on-road or highway use in Oregon, California, or other states.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand, verify, and comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including vehicle equipment, safety, and transportation regulations. Restricted lighting products are intended for off-road use, show use, or private property only, where permitted by law. 503 Lighting is not responsible for citations, fines, failed inspections, registration issues, traffic violations, or other legal or regulatory consequences resulting from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.
Some products sold by 503 Lighting require assembly, installation expertise, and knowledge of vehicle electrical systems. Improper installation or assembly may result in product failure, vehicle damage, electrical malfunction, fire hazards, personal injury, increased traffic risk, or regulatory non-compliance. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
503 Lighting is not liable for installation outcomes and assumes no responsibility for damages, losses, injuries, hazards, or legal issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, failure to follow instructions, lack of technical knowledge, or misuse of products.
Warranty coverage only applies when products are installed by a trusted installer, authorized dealer, or qualified professional, and in accordance with provided instructions and industry standards. Warranty coverage does not apply to products that are self-installed without proper qualifications, installed incorrectly, modified, misused, or damaged due to improper installation or electrical issues. Proof of professional installation may be required to validate warranty claims.
Shipping times provided by 503 Lighting are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 503 Lighting is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost or delayed packages, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 503 Lighting disclaims all liability for damages, losses, injuries, traffic incidents, health risks, delays, or legal consequences arising from illegal use, improper installation, regulatory non-compliance, shipping delays, or misuse of products. All products are used at the customer’s own risk, and 503 Lighting makes no representations or warranties regarding regulatory, safety, transportation authority, installation, or delivery compliance.
